Privacy Policy

In short: mamwynik.pl does not use cookies, nor does it have accounts, forms, or advertisements. We do not collect student data. We only count aggregate visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying people.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is Karol Czarniecki. Contact: [email protected].
What data reaches us
- As soon as you view the website: the website runs on the Cloudflare Pages platform (hosting and CDN), provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare’s servers record technical connection data, such as your IP address and the time of your visit, to ensure the website functions properly, loads quickly and is protected against attacks (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). We do not link this data to any individual. The data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA; Cloudflare participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare’s information on GDPR and transfers, Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures website traffic without cookies and without identifying individuals. We only see aggregate data, such as the number of page views, the pages visited, the website you came from, the type of browser and device, and the country. The exact scope of data is described in Cloudflare’s documentation. We do this to know which lessons are needed and how to improve the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
- When you click “Play” on a video: the video is loaded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). From that moment on, Google’s privacy policy applies. Before you click, the website does not connect to YouTube.
- When you email us: we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, known in Poland as RODO). We delete them once the matter is resolved, unless the law requires longer retention.
Children
Anyone can use the website without providing any data. If in the future subscription to messages or a results report becomes available, the email address will be provided by a parent or a person who is at least 16 years old.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, and you can object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Version for students
You can watch lessons and download worksheets without providing your name, email, or anything else. We do not track you on this website: we only count how many people have visited a given page, without cookies and without your name. When you start a video, it will load from YouTube.
